The impact of AI creates a new tension in the relationship of human beings with their environment. How can we rethink the design practice to resolve this tension between human and machine?

Robin Auer
Robin Auer studied Communication Design (MA) at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz. After his master’s degree in 2015, he worked for the Y Think Tank of UBS AG in Zurich. In February 2017, he moved to IBM Design, where he is increasingly working on a user-centric solution for complex, digital applications.
