An animated hidden object game that depicts stories of microaggressions and identity conflicts in many small scenes. In three symbolic parts – one German, one Thai and a connecting centre – it shows the artist’s exploration of her identity and her confrontation with stereotypes on both sides. The aim of the installation is to address everyday microaggressions and reflect on one’s own perceptions.

The video installation invites viewers to take a closer look, discover details and question their own prejudices. The combination of visual naivety and depth of content creates a space that combines fun and thoughtfulness and promotes an interactive form of storytelling, harnessing the attention span of playful enjoyment and directing this energy towards politically charged situations. Additional audio recordings and a booklet aid comprehension.
