FxFarmer and Bobby Kudlicz, the two masterminds of FUNKANOMICS, say “Goodbye…”. Everything old must be left behind to make space for something new: it’s time for TINA TOKIO!
The sound of this successful DJ and producer duo has developed over the years in the direction of breaks and IDM. Combined with their long experience of what works on the dancefloor, they have perfected their style and are ready to shake up the clubs again. TINA TOKIO takes you on a wild ride through different break genres, bass music, refined with avant-garde, percussive grooves.
In the Altes Theater in Ravensburg (DHBW Media Design), it’s going to be be a feast for your ears and legs, but also for your eyes: In collaboration with Rauch+Spiegel, the duo becomes a trio, and the concert will transform into a live audio-visual performance. Flo Dobler’s live visuals play with the spatial stage installation. The stage and an improvised visual performance make Tina Tokio’s music tangible!
The show starts at 9 pm, with music and drinks already available from 7 pm. Closing time at the old theatre is at 10 pm – and then it’s on to the after-show party at Balthes!
The concert is part of the klangBILD project, which combines musical and visual art. With eight completely different events, we bring music into museums, factory halls and city squares, and thus into people’s consciousness. klangBild is a project by the Kapuziner Kreativzentrum Ravensburg, funded by the Perspektive Pop programme of the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts.
