The image of women is largely determined by men: behind the script, the camera, the direction. This is how feminine identity is constructed, not always to the advantage of those concerned, the women.
What happens when women conquer these positions and then turn the gaze on men and themselves? On the basis of a series of short films from the 1960s to the 1980s, we follow this feminine gaze, its (self-)ironic but also political-solidary sides.
