Vita

The twins Thomas and Martin Poschauko are interdisciplinary creatives who combine the areas of fine art, applied design, creative research and academic teaching. They work near the Bavarian mountains, in Chiemgau, in their studio in Au near Bad Aibling, as well as in their creative research studio in Lamperding.

Thomas and Martin Poschauko are lecturers for multidisciplinary creative methods and do research on teaching that has a unifying effect. A teaching of simplicity and commonality that should be usable for kindergartens, schools, universities, companies and managers.

For years, the twins have been passionate about developing creative, man-made teaching concepts for students and lecturers in all disciplines… Always with the aim of making it as easy as possible for other teachers, lecturers and students to use it. Despite the diversity of their subjects: people and their own abilities are always at the center of their work.

As freelance creatives, they enjoy working on the topics of drawing, arts and crafts, painting, art performance, events and stage design. However, they are always happy to do so together with their students or other creative people. They feel most comfortable in “happy think tanks” in which everyone contributes their own special skills.

As designers, they worked for clients such as Sony Music, Kieler Woche, Deutsche Post, the band Labrassbanda, the Federal Ministry of Finance and the product design label Auerberg. (Visual storytelling, graphic design, corporate identity, illustration, music design). They now work as actively designing consultants and support companies in healthy transformation processes. (New Mindset / Creativity / Strategy / Social Community). including Adidas, Red Bull, Maloja, Grimms Wooden Toys, Herbaria, Georg Thieme Verlag, or ServusTV).

The authors of the book “Nea Machina – the Creative Machine” (Verlag Hermann Schmidt Mainz) are always happy to be guests at universities and try to pass on a little of the happiness they have discovered to students.
